Woven Fine and Sterling Silver amulet, castaways from my scrap box, recycled jewelry parts, taillight lens, assorted plastic, and glass beads.
I attended SUNY New Paltz for my undergrad. Bob Ebendorf was my advisor and professor while I was there. He would often send us out scouring the countryside for roadkill and accident debris. When my students asked me what I learned in college, I can honestly say how to mummify roadkill and how to clean and bleach bones. To this day I find myself searching for broken reflectors and picking up washers. There is also quite a collection of small animal bones on my desk. (they are wonderful props for drawing and sculpting)
